Sheelagh and Jim Still have been passionate about photography since the day they met over 30 years ago.
“We shared the purchase of our first camera, a Pentax, not long after we met. As a married couple we joined Bon Accord Camera Club in Aberdeen, which helped to develop our skills in composition and printing.
We honed our skills in black and white and colour printing, and took slides prior to the advance of digital photography."
Jim has a keen eye for landscapes, wildlife photography, macro photography and abstracts. Sheelagh favours social photography, wildlife and garden views.
Jim produces passport-size photographs, restores old photographs and has done photo shoots for the local theatre.
Photographs are for sale at Glen Bellart House. Orders can be taken. All the photographs are printed with pigment inks which are guaranteed for over 60 years.

Glen Bellart, Dervaig, Isle of Mull
"We were holidaying on the Isle of Arran in 1988 when we met an artist at Dougrie Beach. She noticed that we were both taking photographs and asked if we had ever been to the Isle of Mull.
She explained that she liked to paint on Arran and Mull because of the wonderful light and recommended that we holiday there.
We did this the next year and enjoyed it so much in rain and shine that we kept coming back for holidays from 1988 -1991."
After a holiday in 1991 Jim said that he would not mind living on Mull and Sheelagh, after a few days' "thinking time" agreed. They were fortunate that Glen Bellart House came up for sale, and were successful in buying it.
On 13 March 2010 they celebrated 18 years of living on Mull.
