Dervaig is the most picturesque village on the Isle of Mull and is a conservation village. Glen Bellart House is located in the centre of the quaint street.
Dervaig has two shops. "The Dervaig Stores and Post Office" is well
stocked and has daily newspapers, and a cash machine. "Coffee and Books"
offers a good selection of books and serves excellent coffee.

There is a pencil tower church beside Loch Cuin and at the start of Glen Bellart, the glen and river from which our house takes its name.
The Dervaig area has an abundance of wildlife including otters, waders and geese in nearby Loch Cuin. Crossbills can be seen in the forests of Langamull.
Sea eagles, golden eagles, buzzards, merlins, sparrowhawks, peregrines & kestrels can all be seen locally.
Otters and seals can be seen at Croig.

Mull has a well-justified reputation for being an excellent place to see wildlife and Dervaig is an ideal base from which to plan your trip(s).
